To Transform (and Save) Healthcare in Line with Their Profession

An aging population presents major challenges to healthcare as we know it. To achieve the goal of good health for all, both in Norway and globally, current practices must evolve. Nurses can drive these changes by improving or creating new procedures, services, and products—whether working in public, private, or nonprofit institutions or by starting their own businesses.

Speakers

Gunn-Berit Neergård, a PhD candidate and former participant in Forsker Grand Prix, is affiliated with SFU Engage. She is a trained nurse with a master’s degree in entrepreneurship from NTNU’s School of Entrepreneurship. Her research focuses on entrepreneurship education for nurses, and she frequently speaks about entrepreneurship and healthcare innovation.
