Purpose of the webinar

This webinar aims to provide participants with insights into key competencies related to sustainable entrepreneurship while introducing specific teaching methods that support its integration into their own teaching.

The webinar is primarily designed for teaching staff in higher education but study program leaders and educational leaders at the faculty level are also welcome.

Background and motivation

Integrating sustainability competencies into educational programs is a fundamental goal in preparing students for the challenges of the future. These competencies can broadly be defined as skills that enable students to contribute to a sustainable future. Additionally, one of the concrete competency goals is that students should be able to contribute to innovation, demonstrate business understanding, and think entrepreneurially. Together, this means that the concept of sustainable entrepreneurship becomes a crucial element for future graduates. But how do we equip students with these competencies?
